Services refer to Website Development, Digital Marketing, Software Development, SaaS solutions, branding services, consulting services, and other professional services provided by AMJAM Solutions.

Order means a request placed by You to purchase any Product or Service. You or Customer refers to the individual, company, or organization purchasing our Products or Services.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales made through AMJAM Solutions are final.

Due to the customized, digital, and service-based nature of our Products and Services, we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges once an Order has been confirmed, processed, delivered, activated, or work has commenced.

3. Digital Products and Services

The following Products and Services are strictly non-refundable:

Digital Business Cards NFC Business Cards Website Design and Development Services Software Development Services SaaS Products and Subscriptions Digital Marketing Services Branding and Design Services Domain Registration Services Web Hosting Services Custom Development Projects Consulting Services

Once access has been granted, services have been activated, work has started, digital assets have been delivered, or a project has entered the development phase, no refunds will be provided.

4. Customized and Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Customized NFC Business Cards Personalized Digital Business Profiles Custom Websites Branding Materials Software Solutions Marketing Campaign Assets Custom Graphic Design Work

As these Products and Services are specifically created according to Customer requirements, they cannot be resold, reused, or returned.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before processing or before work has commenced.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once:

Design work has started Development work has started Services have been activated Product customization has begun Digital assets have been created Product production has commenced Domain names have been registered Hosting services have been purchased Delivery has been initiated

6. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

However:

Previous payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

7. Exceptions

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

a) Duplicate Payment A Customer has been charged more than once for the same Order due to a technical or billing error. b) Incorrect Billing A Customer has been charged an incorrect amount due to an error directly caused by AMJAM Solutions. c) Legal Compliance A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws or other legal obligations. If a refund is approved under any of the above circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact AMJAM Solutions before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider or bank. Initiating a chargeback for Products or Services that have already been delivered, activated, customized, or completed may result in: Suspension or termination of services Account restrictions Recovery of outstanding amounts Legal action where permitted by applicable law

9. Limitation of Liability AMJAM Solutions reserves the right to determine eligibility for any refund exception at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMJAM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its Products or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rewari, Haryana, India.
